Q: How many credit hours can I earn?

A: Full attendance for both days is equivalent to 14 CE hours.

Q: How much does the conference cost?

A: The Early Regstration rate is $295 (through October 15, 2010). Regular Registration is $325.

Q: Can I register for only one day?

A: We are sorry, but in order to ensure that any attendee who would like to come for both days has a seat, one-day registration will not open until after the Early Registration period. If you would like to be placed on the list to be notified when the registration opens, please let us know. We will contact you if a seat becomes available.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Refunds must be requested in writing 10 business days prior to the
program date (e-mail is okay). A $25 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Full
credit will be given if you choose to apply your fee toward a future workshop.

Q: When will I receive my certificate?

A: Certificates will be issued at sign-out at the end of each day.

Q: I have two licenses. Can I get two certificates?

A: If you are licensed by more than one agency, please let us know your license number for each. Your can submit a copy of your certificate to each agency.

Q: I have special needs. Can you accommodate me?

A: We are happy to do our best to make each attendee comfortable. If you have special requirements, please let us know.
